How To Have A Beautiful Mind by Bono

The book is excellent as it offers insight into having meaningful conversations. Bono argues that it is not sufficient to just present facts and truths during conversations. The conversation is then plain, dry, and boring. Also, conversations should not turn out to be ego battles or argumentative sessions.

Instead, Bono says that we need to have an open mind that accepts speculations, good provocations, stories, examples, and multiple opinions. He also talks about using the Six Thinking Hats (lateral thinking tool) for solving problems and getting ideas.

Don't miss this gr8 book.
