Advesa Trust - for children...

Advesa means "Unconditional Love." My cousin sister Dr. Shanthi used to talk about her ambitions of establishing a Trust when she had just finished her M.B.B.S. Now she is a specialist in pediatric cardiology and has found the time and energy to fulfill her dreams. May her cherished ambitions come true. Her co-trustees are Ajit(Lawyer) - Shanthi's childhood friend , Mr. Ganesh - her distant relative and a renowned Librarian.


Advesa - has established a library for school children (all ages) in Mathur. The library named Alphonsa Library is housed inside Jeevodhaya - A Hospice for Cancer Patients. School children can come to the library after school and on weekends too.

Advesa charitable trust conducted medical awareness programs & culturals for school children on 27Th Dec, 2008. The children were enthusiastic, very talented, and they exuberantly displayed their singing and dancing skills. More than the music and songs - it was the perfection and rhythm with which they executed their performance that was eye-catching. I lost myself in them and was engulfed in their joy.








In-between the culturals, medical awareness VCDs were shown. At the end of each show a quiz program was conducted. Prizes were given to the child who answered most of the answers right. Prizes were distributed for all participants of the culturals too.


The visiting card cum brochure of the Advesa trust was also released on 27th.What a eventful and meaningful day it was...

You can donate books ( mostly Tamil), educational VCDs, old PC. U can offer scholarships, and or give medical aid!!!
